Had a great stay here in February for my boyfriends 40th birthday. The hotel was lovely and the room we stayed in had the best jacuzzi bath. The staff were lovely and the location was good. Would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone who was going to Paris Hotel response:

We stayed at the Hotel Design Secret for only one night at the end of our honeymoon but wished we could have stayed longer. It was the perfect venue for us-the wonderful district of Montmatre on our doorstep and although we had little time we managed to see the whole of Paris from the Sacre Cour. Our Opera room was fabulous: had beautiful atmosphere and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. The whole hotel had a wonderful ambiance and was beautiful-we loved hearing about the concept and the history. However, absolutely the best thing about the hotel was the people that work there. We were greeted by Pierre and he was incredibly welcoming and helped us immensely with a problem with our luggage-personally helping us find someone to repair it for us. I can honestly say we did not receive such fantastic service anywhere else on our trip and this included a 5* grand hotel in Prague and the Belmond Orient Express!!! The other staff also couldn't have been more helpful-getting our room ready early and continually giving us help and advice for our stay. After a disastrous AirBnB experience, it was a welcome change to come to Design Secret de Paris Hotel. The room had a comfortable tv, large tv, and fun features with the lights. I also appreciated the large tub and the rainfall type shower. We used the spa downstairs and it was amazing. The staff also allowed us to store our luggage until we had to leave to catch our flight. Design Secret de Paris is a lovely and romantic Boutique hotel in the Arts district of Paris, near the Moulin Rouge. This boutique hotel was quite a find. The rooms were luxurious with very comfortable beds, jacuzzis, and rain showers. Each room is colorfully decorated like a sight in Paris--Moulin Rouge, Eiffel Tower, Musee D'Orsay, for example. They have a full breakfast option each morning, and a happy hour starting at 6:00pm each night where you can pour yourself a cocktail, whiskey, wine, or champagne for a nominal cost. The use of the bar is on the honor system, so you complete a for indicating what you drank, and turn it in at the front desk. It was a very efficient way to enjoy some good drinks and snacks with your family and friends who may be staying at the hotel with you, or make some new friends. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and all speak english (and probably other languages, as needed). They made restaurant recommendations for us, and completed the bookings for us, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Design Secret de Paris.From: Alicia Cantu

What an incredibly beautiful, comfortable, well situated and enjoyable boutique hotel! We enjoyed every minute of being here! We were so warmly greeted and cared for. My daughter and I had a 3 night stay for my daughters 18th Birthday. The hotel was everything it says it is. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in easy access for bars and restaurant . Throughly enjoyed our stay.From: nicole eyer

The hotel is amazing and the rooms are very unique, one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The service was great and the staff are very nice and helped us with everything. There is unfortunately only one negative comment. I paid for rose petals to be on the bed on arrival later in the evening once we returned from our evening after speaking to staff they said it would be done. When we got back to my disappointment the rose petals were not done, even though I paid for this I never got it. Same with the champagne I paid for, fortunately I was able to go downstairs and ask the staff to bring it up but was slightly disappointed this wasn’t done as planned. Other than that the stay was perfect and I would happily stay here again as it was so lovely and I’ll definitely try a different room theme next time.From: Marcello Mandiello
